- We’ll tweak your nutrition for optimal mineral intake, blood sugar balance, and metabolism - this means sustainable and predictable energy! And, yes, we can do this while you still get to enjoy your food. We want to bring back the joy in eating - because that’s when we digest best! - We'll work on circadian rhythm because this is KEY to a balanced nervous system and hormones. Your body has a 24 hour hormone cycle that relies on knowing the time of day. When your circadian rhythm is off, your hormones will be all out of whack and your body will be in a state of chronic stress, keeping your nervous system out of regulation. We'll optimize your light environment and use specific windows of nature & sunlight exposure so that your body can regulate itself.
- I’ll be providing options for supporting your detoxification pathways. Because we all feel more energy, increasingly balanced moods, better bowel movements, and have clearer, brighter skin when our liver and bile are flowing freely. These will include lifestyle habits, techniques, and optional supplements.
- We’ll work through the limiting beliefs, thought patterns, and relationships that are wreaking havoc to your nervous system and keeping you in a state of freeze or fight or flight.
